The purpose of this post is to allow people to follow the progression of these packets. I know some have received these through the amazing phenomenon of email forwarding, some have downloaded from my personal blog, and some "Googled" to find them. I made my personal blog private, but I wanted to keep these packets available for anyone who wants to use them.
